Sample Availability & Policy
Samples are sent by express, usually via customer’s appointed express companies, such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL etc.
Production begins as soon as the customer agree to our terms, upon receipt of customer's sample approval comments.

Quality Assurance:

We are committed to quality requirements of the best standard. We always make sure quality is adhered to throughout our operation from sampling to final shipment. We take extra efforts in ensuring the hose material and coupling suppliers comply with strict quality control. Quality Assurance is an inherent part of our services and we ensure that our customers do not face any problem at any stage.

Costing
Normally the costing sheet will be provided to the customer within 24 hours after recieving customer's inquiry details.

Production Lead-time:
The lead time will be about 30 days after the order finalized.

Merchandising:
Our merchandising team is committed to complete our customers satisfaction. Our merchandising department consists of highly qualified merchandisers whose prime aim is to provide full satisfaction to our customers from sample development, order follow-up, to final shipment.

Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions

We take full responsibility for any inconformity with customer's request in color, quality, packing, size, quantity, delivery, etc.

We guarantee the protection of customer‘s designs, workmanship and brand. Customized design service is available. Our own designs could be provided to customer exclusively
